About the clinic
Q :
Do I need to make an appointment?

A :
Base on appointment system, dental treatment can be done smoothly.
For the walk-in patient or patient who did not make an appointment before that day, we cannot guarantee that you will get a dental treatment.
Q :
Do you support Japanese patient?

A :
Since we have full-time Japanese interpreter, so we can understand and respond in Japanese.
Q :
Can I use health insurance?

A :
If you have a Prestige International Health Care card, you can recieve a dental treatment for no charge.
However, for the medical treatment that is not covered in insurance (aesthetic, orthodontic, implant, ceramic crown, invisalign, etc.), you may have to pay by yourself. If you have any questions, please contact Prestige International (Thailand). *If you have a pink card, you can not receive treatment for no charge. So you need to pay a deposit first.

Can I use credit card?

We accept VISA, JCB, MasterCard and UnionPay.
Q :
Do you have counseling?

A :
We have counseling (interview) for new patient.
We will give counseling (interview) and explain the treatment process and plan.
If you have any concerns or requests, please do not hesitate to consult us at that time.

Can I get a treatment during pregnant or lactation?

A :
Depending on the treatment method, basic treatment is possible.
Depending on the circumstances of the patient, it is necessary to consider the treatment method, treatment plan etc, so please consult us when making an interview.
Pediatric Dentistry
Q :
How old should children start brushing their teeth?

A :
Children’s tooth brushing should be started if baby teeth start growing. Normally it’s about 6-9 months old.
Although they can not brush well, let’s get your child growing accustomed to a toothbrush first.
If they dislike a toothbrush, please wipe your child’s teeth with some gauze to remove the dirt.
Q :
Is it better to get orthodontic treatment to improve the alignment of children’s teeth?

A :
For tooth alignment of children, if the jaw is too small, teeth will not line up neatly.

About root canal treatment

How long does it take for root canal treatment?

A :
Depending on the type and condition of the tooth, one visit would take about one hour and a half to two hours.
And would be ended with two or three times of treatment.

Do patient feel any pain during or after treatment?

We provide painfree treatment by using local anesthesia.
About implants

Are there any age restrictions?

A :
There is no age limit if you are more than 20 years old when the jaw is stopped to grow.
Even in elderly people can get the Implant with the only little burden as much as tooth extraction, so the burden does not take much.
However, treatment may not be available depending on your health condition or on your dental condition.

How long does the treatment period?

A :
The treatment period takes generally about 2 to 4 months.

Denture

How often is it better to change denture?

A :
It depends on gum ridge, jaw bone, supporting teeth, and the change in occlusion.
Continuing to use denture that no longer fit may adversely affect mucous membranes, bones, joints, muscles, and so on.
We recommend that you should regularly get a periodic examination and use them in the least of an uncomfortable feeling.
Q :
I’ve hesitated between implant and denture.

A :
Implant is spreading rapidly in recent years, and it is attractive that you can regain feeling close to your own natural teeth.
On the other hand, a denture is also spread around. if chewiness is adjusted and get an appropriate denture, you can enjoy your meal and laugh frankly without worrying about denture getting out of place.

Invisalign

Can children get Invisalign?

A :
On the Invisalign system, we make plans for the treatment until the last stage.
The teeth changing of children in the growth period is diverse, so the Invisalign cannot be done until the teeth grow into permanent and are fixed in alignment.
Q :
How long does the Invisalign treatment take?

A :
It depends on the number of teeth to be corrected and distance, but the average time is 2 to 2.5 years.
Generally, almost all of the teeth would be arranged in 1.5 years.
After that about 6 months to 1 year, the minor adjustment needs to be performed.
About orthodontic treatment

How long does the period of orthodontic treatment?

There is no fixed period depending on the condition of the teeth alignment.
But getting orthodontic for full mouth, it will be about 2 to 3 years.
Treatment period tends to become longer with age of the patient.
Q :
I’m worried that the metal that attached to the teeth in the orthodontic treatment would be noticeable.

A :
There is an inconspicuous orthodontic appliance using transparent parts and white wire. Even when compared with the case of using a metallic appliance, the treatment period is also the same.
About whitening

How white do teeth become after whitening?

A :
